Every quarter we bring the whole team together for our Team Alignment Day where we share our wins, review how we're tracking, and make sure we're all heading in the same direction.
The highlight for Theo and I? Listening to our team's feedback.
Time and time again, the biggest thing that came up was the incredible teamwork across the business. Hearing our staff talk about how well they're communicating, supporting one another, and working together across every part of the business makes us incredibly proud. That's exactly the kind of culture we've been working hard to build.

Totally biased but the team are legends, at the top of their game, and we're excited to see what the next quarter brings!
Also shout out to Theo who didn't mention the 2 large outdoor heaters that we had lying around until right at the end of the day when we all almost had hypothermia. 😂
