Level 3 for Pipe Dream Plumbing
Firstly I would like to thank you for supporting your local plumbers at Pipe Dream Plumbing, without your support and loyalty this time would have been a lot harder.
We hope you are keeping safe and well throughout these uncertain times. We have been here before so we know what to do but this is just a small reminder to how Pipe Dream Plumbing will be operating during Alert Level 3 and below.
Pipe Dream Plumbing can operate in Alert Level 3 with strict hygiene regime and guidelines.
These include:

-We will be wearing masks at all times.

-We will be filling out contact tracing forms with who is present on site while we are present; this includes asking general health questions and personal details.

-We will be sanitizing our hands before entering each site. We ask the same of you before we enter site.

-We will be cleaning all surfaces we touch with disinfectant.

-We will be cleaning tools between jobs.

-If we are sick we are staying home.

What we ask from you:

-We ask you to remain a 2m distance at all times, even better be offsite or in another room.

-Wear a mask if you are remaining onsite.

-We ask you to clean the area with disinfectant just prior to our arrival if possible.

-If you or anyone in your household is sick we ask to please let us know so we can reschedule when you are well.

Please be aware if any of the above cannot be done we will not be able to undertake any work at your site/household.
We are keen to get back into work and helping our community and keeping safe at the same time to keep the deadly COVID 19 away. Please be mindful of these rules and be a part of breaking the chain of transmission.
Please also be patient with us, the extra cleaning and precautions do take extra time so it may take longer for us to undertake your job or get to you, but you are on our forever growing list of jobs.

We are back in ALERT LEVEL 2 untill Friday 14th at 2359 or untill further notice. If you have a booking with Pipe Dream plumbing and are unwell please contact us ASAP to reschedule. We will be practicing social distancing and also expect you and your family to do the same while we are on site. We will continue to ask general health and travel questions to eliminate any risk. NZ will be in ALERT LEVEL 3 as of Tuesday 28th April. This means Pipe Dream plumbing will be working NORMAL BUSINESS hours. If you had your job postponed due to the COVID-19 lock down rest assured we will be making best efforts to be in touch before the end of this week to reschedule these appointments.

Things you need to know prior to our arrival:

- Our workers will be asking you generalized COVID-19 based questions about your current health prior to entering your house.
- PPE will be worn while we are working.
- We will ask if you have a time when you will not be home or can leave the house while we are present to make it as contactless as possible.
- Social distancing at all times must be displayed by workers and clients.
- please ensure the area we are working in is cleaned prior to our arrival, we will disinfect after we are finished too.

We are all in this together to stop transmission. It is in our best interest to keep our staff and clients safe in these uncertain times, please be kind and abide by our rules so your job can be completed.

We cant wait to be out there helping you with all you plumbing, gas and drain-laying needs.
