Epic Homes has worked alongside Design Network Architecture for more than 22 years, bringing architectural design and construction together across many of our projects.

This Karori site is a great example. Once an overgrown piece of land left over from a previous unit title development, the site presented its share of challenges.

Design Network Architecture created two staggered 2-bedroom townhouses, carefully designed around the constraints of the site. The different levels helped protect sunlight to neighbouring properties while allowing the development to sit comfortably amongst the surrounding buildings.

From unused land, to design, construction and the finished result.

A great example of what can be achieved with clever design, a challenging site and an experienced team.

Earthworks continue at our Raumati Beach build on the Kฤpiti Coast, with a lot of sand and soil removed to get the site to this point.

Thereโ€™s still plenty happening at ground level before the building work gets underway.

Townhouse 6 at Jamaica Drive has found its new owners, with the sale confirmed before construction is even finished.

Thereโ€™s still a little work to do before this home is ready for handover, but itโ€™s great to know its new owners are already waiting in the wings.

Perhaps a fitting description for this Karori build, not too far from Wrights Hill Fortress.

Thereโ€™s been plenty of change on site over the past few days. Trusses are installed, window openings are cut, the building wrap is on and scaffolding is now up ready for the next stages.

Next up, the roof, windows and exterior cladding, which will change the look of this one again pretty quickly.
