A different perspective of our Newlands development.

What looks like one large family home is actually three separate townhouses, designed to sit comfortably within the surrounding neighbourhood.

This view gives a great appreciation of the overall design and how the development fits into its surroundings.

Townhouse 6 at Jamaica Drive, Grenada North, is complete and was handed over to its new owners on Friday.

Another quality home finished by the Epic Homes team, and we wish the new owners all the best as they settle in.

With Townhouse 5 also completed and preparing to go on the market, there's more to come from Jamaica Drive.

One old house. One section. Three new townhouses.

From demolition and earthworks through to the final finishing touches, this project has been quite a transformation.

Here's a look back at the work that went into turning one property into three modern homes.

Wellington terrain can come with its challenges, but a steep or difficult site doesnโ€™t necessarily mean you canโ€™t build on it.

Epic Homes has experience building on some of Wellingtonโ€™s trickier sites, working with the land to find practical solutions and make the most of whatโ€™s possible.

If you have a section youโ€™re considering building on, but arenโ€™t sure where to start or what could be achieved, give us a call. Weโ€™re happy to have a look and talk through the possibilities.

Thereโ€™s plenty of steel going into this one.

Reinforcing steel is in place for the piles and footings, with concrete being poured as work continues on the foundations of our Raumati Beach build.

A part of the build you donโ€™t often get to see once the house starts going up.
