Pinnacle Builds & Renovations is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled carpenter who loves the variety and challenge of home renovation work. Most of our projects are right here in Whakatāne, with regular jobs in Ōhope, Coastlands, Kawerau, and Ōpōtiki.

What You’ll Be Doing

▶️Window replacements

▶️Kitchen and bathroom renovations

▶️General building and repair work

Working solo when needed, but also collaborating with a tight‑knit team

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have

🟢Renovation experience and solid carpentry skills

🟢Your own battery tools and hand tools

🟢A full driver licence

🟢A positive attitude and good communication skills

We are very excited to show you a house that we built and finished early in the year!

Here are the beautiful bathrooms, one in black and one in chrome.

Key features in these rooms and home are jambless windows, no skirting, no Scotia and no architraves.

This roof had well and truly done its dash.

We were called in by one of our existing clients to carry out a full roof replacement. On closer inspection, it became clear that the original mid-1960s framing had reached the end of its life.

We made the call to fully reframe the roof, including replacing two structural beams. The new beams and framing were upgraded to meet current standards, as the original structure had been significantly overspanned
