Last night i had the opportunity to attend and speak on a panel with 6 other amazing women in construction for NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) I represented BCITO and has such a great time. I just want to encourage all women who are considering to work in construction to just go for it, us women can be misjudged not only by others but by ourselves. We generally have a perception that these roles are male roles but actually women have the ability to strive in these roles also 🦺👷🏼‍♀️
