Working within a fixed budget, we carefully planned every detail to create a warm, comfortable and low-maintenance home that reflects the client’s personal tastes and the way she wants to live.

Despite challenging ground conditions requiring a specially engineered foundation, the home was completed within the agreed fixed-price budget—and handed over two weeks ahead of schedule.

🏡 NEW TO OUR WEBSITE — FOXGLOVE NEW BUILD

This was an especially meaningful project, as it was both our client’s first time building and their first home.

Set on a challenging rural site, the home was carefully designed to make the most of the available space, indoor-outdoor flow and beautiful farmland views.

The result is a warm, contemporary three-bedroom home featuring a striking raked ceiling, a custom-designed kitchen and a modern combination of brick and natural timber.

Originally scheduled as a 21-week build, the home was completed and handed over in just 17 weeks.
