This took extensive preparation,
Full primed, filled followed by two coats of Resene Lumbersider- Perfect Taupe for the walls and soffits
Resene lumbersider- Half black white facia boards and corner boxes
Resene Lustacryl- Half black white - Doors
And frame.

No windows in this job as these will be done by the owner

Gonille domain toilet block was look abit drab, so we gave this a refresh with one coat of pigmented sealer followed by two coats of resene paint on the ceiling, walls, and one exterior wall.
Looks fresh and ready for the following year's to come

Client needed a few walls and ceilings fixed of cracks after he had some roofing done,
so we sorted this with a 3 coat plaster system.
Followed by sealing and two top coats of resene space coat
Also while we were there we primed and painted a few Gable ends in resene sonyx

Full interior renovation complete. Required significant effort to restore to like-new condition. Pleased with the result...

Pleased with the result. Pigmented sealer applied to all walls, ceilings, doors, and trim, including windows and kitchen cupboards.
Two top coats applied to all surfaces.
