Massive amount of preparation went into this to achieve a amazing result

Scraped all underneath of weatherboards, sanded, primed,filled primed and topped off with two coats of Dulux New Zealand weathshield - Half silver chalice on the walls

Rest of the house got the same treatment on the window frames,soffits and facia boards finished of in black white with a grey friers strip on the sill

Doors, base and chimney are finished in grey friars also.

Another bathroom completed,Also a couple sections on the roof that had recently been replaced.Clients house is now ready...

Sealed the plaster (plastering done by others)
Two coats of Resene Space coat.

Also two adjoining walls same work required but we also plastered these ones.

Looks brand new again.

One of the few jobs on the go complete.
This included the ceilings, walls, windows, skirting boards, fire place surround and doors and frames.

This took alot of preparation plastering existing holes, sealing/ priming + two coats of Resene paints on all surfaces.

Clients are so happy with the results.
