From new pools & decks to fresh community housing, our crews have been crushing it inside and out this week. Here is a quick peak behind the scenes:

🏊 Kaitoke Road: Kwila decking is going down and the pool is in - summer will be good out here!

🏨 Burwood Motel: All 12 central town units are locked in with windows and doors.

🔑 Abbot Street: Concrete driveways are poured and interior fit-outs are ticked off.

🚗 Rangitikei Street: Garage conversion homestretch! Final painting is done, finishes are going in, and landscaping is underway.

🏡 Cambridge Street: Cladding and services in full swing for 2 new compact, warm, low-maintenance rental homes.

🏊 Kaitoke: Pool is officially in and settling! Deck prep is underway outside while the interior painters bring the walls to life.
🏠 Cambridge St: Scaffolding is down. Roofs are locked on these two new Gonville townhouses with windows going in next.
🏨 Burwood Motel: 14 brand-new units are fully under cover and getting prepped for sparkies before GIB lining.
🚗 Carson St: Concrete paths and parking poured, paint complete, and internal doors sprayed - fit-outs up next!
🛠️ Rangitikei St: Proving how an old garage becomes a sharp modern living space.

✨ Photo Day on Benefield Street! 📸🏠

Everything is wiped, vacuumed, and looking pristine at Whanganui East’s newest custom build. With just a few final landscaping touches left to wrap up, this home is Summer ready for its new owners! ☀️🌿

Out at Kaitoke, the pool is in the ground and feature walls are getting prepped for paint. Over at the Burwood Motel expansion, Rondo ceiling battens are going up through all 12 units under a fully sealed roof.

Down on Abbot Street, boundary fencing is up with carpet booked next, while Carson Street has poured its new parking pads - bringing two new healthy homes closer to completion for Castlecliff! 🛠️

Kaitoke: Schist pillars are laid and deck prep is flying.

Burwood: The iron is going down over 12 new motel units.

Benefield St: Fresh vinyl is down and kitchens are going together.

Carson St: The twin infill homes are now fully cladded.

Bignell St: Exterior paint is locked in on this consent-free build.

Stewart St: Civil works and the right-of-way concrete are officially wrapped up.
