Here is what the crew got done across Whanganui:

Kaitoke: Schist pillars are laid and deck prep is flying.

Burwood: The iron is going down over 12 new motel units.

Benefield St: Fresh vinyl is down and kitchens are going together.

Carson St: The twin infill homes are now fully cladded.

Bignell St: Exterior paint is locked in on this consent-free build.

Stewart St: Civil works and the right-of-way concrete are officially wrapped up.

What a week! 🔨🏊‍♂️From groundbreaking in Aramoho to cladding paint in Kaitoke, check out what the Venture team’s been up to across Whanganui this week - https://tinyurl.com/yusz94sh

We’ve got civil works rolling, the big and the small homes coming together, and brand-new rentals getting prepped for tenants:

Benefield St: Patios and footpaths are poured! Inside, bathroom tiling is complete and the kitchen is going in right now.

Puriri St Triplex: Landscaping is done, final cleaning has begun, and these healthy home-ready units are about to hit the Castlecliff rental options.

Aramoho Right-of-Way: Underground services are in the ground and civil work is underway, with curb and channel poured for the main driveway.

Okoia Architectural Build: Site prep is officially underway! Stormwater is installed, planting has begun, and formwork is set.

Kaitoke Dream Build: Exterior painters are making quick work of the cladding, interior gib is almost finished, and pool installation is just weeks away!
