Over the last couple of weeks we have been preparing a site for a new 60m2 minor dwelling.

88m3 of fill removed from the site
72m3 of AP40 placed back into the excavation
7hrs of compaction with a foot compactor to achieve a 200KpA subsoil raft foundation for our ribraft slab foundation.

Final geotechnical testing has been completed.

We are now ready to box up this slab.

Keep tabs on the project progress over the next coming months.

BlackRidge has their own 2.7T Kobelco digger for site clearing, concrete breaking, post and pole hole drilling. We can also remove concrete, soil/sand and hardfill.
