If you love simple lines and clever design, The Pukawa could be the perfect plan for you.
With its single, low-slung roofline and simple square footprint, this home keeps things beautifully uncomplicated — with just two gutters.
But simplicity doesn’t mean sacrificing style. The striking roofline helps bring the structure and skeleton of the home to life, creating a feature that can be enjoyed from the covered outdoor living area and the recessed garage at the street front.
And for those moments when the kids are tucked up in bed? An optional private lounge with access from the master suite offers the perfect retreat to put your feet up and enjoy a movie.
Simple. Functional. Thoughtfully designed.
The Pukawa is ready to make your own.
