If your roof is looking faded and weathered it might be time for a makeover.

This roof was in need of some attention but after some ATL TLC it’s been given a new lease on life and looks as good as new ✨

Throughout the project Brandon was fully harnessed and secured to anchor points, while Jaye who is qualified in heights and harness work, supervised and made sure everything was completed safely.

🏗️ Lots of our jobs are difficult to reach, usually heights is the issue but this week Jack had to do a bit of manoeuvring into a small gap to get this bit of painting done.

Jack is away to New Plymouth next week for his final block course of his apprenticeship 📚 🖊️ 💭

⭐️ Staff spotlight: Meet Baz! ⭐️

It’s been a while since we’ve done a staff spotlight post so let us introduce you to another one of our team 👏

💡 Baz started with ATL in January 2025 and is proving to be an asset to our team.

He is hard working, has a great attitude and is willing to get stuck into any task required.

His main focus is learning the ins and outs (and ups and downs) of Membrane Roofing and Tanking and we’re looking forward to seeing him continue to grow his skills in this area. 🏠

Outside of work, Baz has recently joined the ATL golfing ranks so there’s a good chance you spot him out on the course with the rest of the boys over the weekend 🏌️‍♂️ ⛳️

🛥️ ⚓️ This week some of our crew have been out at Wharf St, Castlecliff at the Coastguard building. 🚤

We prepped the floor and it has now been coated with Bondlast Terratuff, and has come up looking great✨

We have managed to turn this floor around in a week allowing the Coastguard boat to get back where it belongs. ⏰

✅ The Volunteer Coastguard Tautiaki Moana plays a vital role in our community from responding to emergencies to providing training to ensure everyone is safe when they head out on the water. ⛵️🚤

We’ve got plenty of keen sportspeople in the ATL crew, so when the All Blacks play there’s always plenty of opinions on the job sites 🏉

At ATL we’re not really into the whole team bonding thing (unless it’s over a beer🍺) but give the crew a chance to win a choccy fish or 2 and everyone’s keen😀

For every ABs test we run a score prediction comp.
🏉 Closest guess to the final score wins a chocolate fish 🐠
🏉 If the exact score is picked then the prize is 2 fish 🐟 🐠

Forget the trust falls and workshops, we’ve found chocolate fish work just fine to bring the team together 😊
