The house is built over 3 levels and has a variety of indoor & outdoor living/entertainment spaces, a gym, pool and guest accommodation separate from the family spaces. The 2 ‘wings’ separated by the stairs/circulation zone, the ‘wings’ angle away from each other as you descend through the house from the top entry level to the lower outdoor level where the pool is situated. These wings provide shelter to the outdoor pool and entertainment areas. The Bedrooms and Living areas have uninterrupted beach and ocean views out across Red Beach and beyond.
