A very proud moment for Jamie and the Clements team 💙

Jamie first joined us as a young whippersnapper, helping with filing after school. A few years later, she came back for weekend work in the weighbridge – but when the opportunity for a permanent role came up, she wanted to get out from behind the desk and play with the big toys.

Many of our Western Hills Quarry customers will know her from the weighbridge or behind the controls of a loader, but her skills extend well beyond those roles. She also operates dump trucks, runs our Q11 processing plant and carries out internal aggregate testing.

She works hard, is eager to learn and soaks up knowledge from everyone around her. She has more than earned her spot in an industry still largely dominated by blokes.

Congratulations on completing your Level 2 qualification in Surface Extraction, Jamie – we’re very proud of you! 👏

Well done to Jamie Hollows from Clements Contractors Ltd in Whangārei!

Jamie has been awarded the New Zealand Certificate in Mining and Quarrying Surface Extraction (Level 2). Ka pai, Jamie! 👏

Some jobs come with better views than others. 🔥

Not a bad way to start the day.
