🏡 Slab down in Glenbervie!

Another project underway for Inspire Homes, and it’s great to see this one moving ahead.

A huge thanks to everyone involved so far:
👏 Clements Bobcats for the site preparation and excavations.
👏 Michael Kerse Contracting for another quality rib raft foundation.
👏 Crowe Plumbing and 360 Electrical for getting the services in and ready to go.

Next up for the Hainesco team are the frames and trusses, before we take this build right through to completion.

This is one of nine new builds we’re delivering for Inspire Homes, providing full project management, coordinating subcontractors, and completing all carpentry through to the finish line.

🏡 Next project underway for the Hainesco team!

This time we’re heading out to beautiful Ngunguru to transform a stunning two-storey home.

Our scope of works includes:
🔨 Brand new kitchen
🛁 New ensuite renovation
🔇 Acoustic insulation installation to reduce noise transfer from the upstairs living area to the downstairs bedrooms
🚪 New internal doors throughout
🎵 Acoustic wall panelling on the stairwell to further minimise sound and create a quieter, more comfortable home.

Every project is different, and we’re looking forward to helping these clients improve not only the look of their home but also the way it feels to live in.

Clements Bobcats smashed out the site scrape and we’ve wasted no time moving straight onto the next project — conveniently right next door!

🏡 First one of 8 new builds locked in for Inspire Homes and we’re looking forward to getting started.

This 3+2 dual-income home at Titoki Tree Drive has just received council approval and is ready to hit the ground running.

For this project, Hainesco will be delivering the full carpentry package along with complete project management, including client liaison, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, procurement, and kitchen installation from start to finish.

It’s great to see the pipeline building, and these dual-income homes are set to keep the team busy over the coming months. A big thanks to Inspire Homes for the opportunity and trust to deliver another quality project.
