If you have experience in customer service and pride yourself on providing an exceptional experience for your customers, this Customer Service Professional role may be for you. Art In Stone runs a store in the Whangarei CBD serving customers from throughout Northland, we are looking to add a Customer Service Professional role to our team to support the Store Manager. If you’re looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a difference to those grieving the loss of a loved one, this is the role for you.
This role can be either full time or part time depending on the applicant.
If you have the following skill set, we want to hear from you.
* Experience in customer facing roles. You’ll be working directly with customers on a daily basis.
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to relate to people and offer kind and compassionate service at a time of grieving.
* Good computer literacy and a good understanding of computer technology.
* An eye for design.
* The ability to work within a team to get the job done.
More about the role and responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers and working with them to deliver the perfect memorial for their loved one.
* Working alongside the Store Manager to ensure the Whangarei store runs smoothly.
* Using simple graphic design software to create unique and lasting memorials.
* Offering careful and well thought out suggestions to customers.
