One of the most talked-about spaces in this home so far - the walk-in scullery. 🚪

With plenty of shelving and storage, it keeps the everyday clutter out of the main kitchen while adding that extra bit of space that makes the whole area feel considered and luxurious.

You don’t necessarily need a huge home to create features like this. It’s about working with the space you have, using it well and thinking about what will make everyday living easier.

And if there’s one thing we’ve heard plenty of since opening the doors… you can never have too much storage!

Such a great evening celebrating this one! 🤍

Last week we had the pleasure of hosting our VIP evening and welcoming some familiar faces through our newly completed Innovation Home.

It was so nice to catch up, talk all things building and finally enjoy the finished space together after watching it come to life over the past few months.

What a night! 💚

Tonight we had the absolute pleasure of hosting our amazing trades and suppliers at our first completed Innovation Homes build at Port Nikau.

And I got ZERO photos… which probably says everything about how good the night was! 😂

It was so rewarding to have everyone together, enjoying the home and celebrating what we’ve built together. This home is the result of so many talented local people, and we’re incredibly proud of the team behind it.

A massive thank you to every trade, supplier and contractor who has been part of bringing this home to life. We genuinely couldn’t do what we do without you. 🏡💚

Now we can’t wait to open the doors this Saturday and let you all come through, have a look around and enjoy it too!

There’s something pretty special about looking back at where a build started and seeing just how far it’s come.

We’ve watched this one move through every stage, and now we’re down to those final finishing touches before handover.
