Kim and Stuart have both been brought up on farms and have spen
t their lives so far either living on a farm or closely connected to the farming community. Stuart spent twenty years working on North Island farms which has given him extensive experience in all forms of farming in New Zealand. After moving closer to Auckland and moving onto a lifestyle block, Stuart could not help but notice how so many people seemed to be struggling to maintain their lifestyle blocks. Stuart and Kim set up Lifestyle Property Care in 2000 which was a huge success and the business grew rapidly. They grew the business to a point where they had to invest in more machinery and employ staff; at this point Stuart decided he wanted a complete change and became a Police Officer. Stuart has completed a very successful career in the New Zealand Police based in Counties Manukau, a district he knows very well. Stuart's Policing career, combined with his farming experience has set him up with a sound knowledge base and practical ability to tackle all your needs. In September 2013 Kim resigned from her role as a Flight Service Manager for Air New Zealand after 24 years service. Brought up on a farm in Raglan and with the help of family has retained contact with the farming community since moving to the city. For the last 14 years Kim and Stuart have been living their dream on a lifestyle block in Runciman which keeps them very in touch with the demands a small block of land can place on you.
