Hot Water Beach Top 10 Holiday Park Pool Complex 2023!!

This was certainly an interesting project to be a part of last year👌

We carried out numerous tasks on this project including:
* The foundations for the block walls.
* Pump shed slab and construction.
* Cantilevered roof structure above the soak pool.
* In ground pool cover installation.
* Decks and planters.
* Concrete prep for the entire courtyard.
* Pool fencing.
* Cantilevered umbrella installation.

And many more little tasks…

Thanks to all our subcontractors and suppliers and a huge thanks to our team for their countless big days to get this job finished on the 24th Dec ready for its grand opening 🤙

Over the past two weeks we have started our part in the new pool complex going in Hot Water Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park.

We are carrying out foundations for the block wall on one end of the pool, pump shed construction and the cantilevered roof over the new spa.

It’s great to be back doing projects in the park again and we are excited to see the finished result on this project👌

Slab pour Tuateawa👌

Stoked the weather gods played ball on this one, having to book concrete over a month out due to the volume of concrete and site location certainty makes things challenging!!

In amongst the rain we have also started establishing our other site in Tuateawa for our second architectural build in the same subdivision.

This home is definitely going to be one amazing build for the team!!!

Big earthworks on this job with over 750m3 of fill to come out before we can even start foundations, once this is complete our on site accommodation will get trucked in, Septic system installed and services livened.👍

The team has made some good progress (when it's not bloody raining 🙄) on one of our Tuateawa architectural builds.

All the architectural joinery from alitech is installed now and we are awaiting glass install next week, solid timber joinery from Papakura Joinery is getting manufactured.

Can't wait to see this job closed in with the Cedar cladding complete it's going to be a stunner!

Some good progress on our Tuateawa build!!

RAB board and cavity battens completed ready for the custom powder coated canopy flashings and Cedar cladding to arrive next week👌

Septic tank, water tanks and drainage completed and all going well our Alitech joinery will hopefully arrive before Christmas!
