🌿🏡 New bespoke granny flat! ☀️🔨

Another exciting project is underway for the RN Building team!

Our foreman Scott has been making the most of the sunshine, with the concrete now poured and the foundations laid for this stunning new bespoke Airbnb retreat! 🙌

Nestled deep in the bush, this remote location is something pretty special! 🌲 Getting materials and equipment into the site comes with its own challenges, but that’s all part of bringing a unique build like this to life.

This high-spec, cosy cabin will feature beautiful LMA hardwood cladding, quality finishes and a design that blends perfectly with its natural surroundings.

We can’t wait to see this one come together and transform into an incredible little getaway! 🌿✨

Geraldine Kindy | Roof framing taking shape 🔨

Another big stage reached at the Geraldine Kindy, with Ben and Shayden making great progress on the roof framing ahead of the roofing iron installation next week.

With a steep 40-degree roof pitch, there’s plenty involved in getting this roof ready. The team have been busy installing the purlin framing, completing the truss hold-downs and working through all the roof framing details to make sure everything is secure, straight and ready for the roofers.

The steep pitch gives the building a great profile and is really starting to show the finished shape of the new Kindy.

Next up — roofing iron on and getting the building closed in.

New Kindy Progress 🏗️☀️

A big milestone on the new kindy today with the concrete floor poured on a beautiful sunny day.

There’s been plenty happening on site to get to this stage — digger work completed, drainage installed, ground prepared and compacted, concrete block install, boxing and reinforcing completed, concrete foundations.

Next week we move above ground, with the frames arriving and installation getting underway. The new kindy will really start taking shape from here!

🚧 New Kindergarten Under Construction – 36 Wilson Street 🚧

We’re excited to have work underway on the new kindergarten at 36 Wilson Street!

To help keep the project running safely and efficiently, we’d like to ask the Geraldine community if you could please leave the two car parks directly in front of the building site at 36 Wilson Street available for our trades and deliveries.

Monday to Friday | 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

We understand parking can be busy, and we really appreciate your patience and support while we complete this project. Keeping these spaces available helps our team access the site safely and keeps the build moving efficiently.

Thank you for your understanding and support! 😊

Another exciting shed home taking shape! 🏡🔨

Matt and Ben from the RN Building team are making great progress on this project. Inside, the grooved ceilings and ply walls with negative detail joins are now being installed, creating a warm, modern finish.

Outside, the combination of LMA timber cladding and 5 Rib Colorsteel® is coming together beautifully, giving this shed home a striking, low-maintenance exterior that will stand the test of time.

We can’t wait to show you more as this build continues to come together.

New garage completed by ben and the team. Thanks Reid for trusting us to build your new garage. 💥

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ryan and his team built my garage. Cannot praise them highly enough.
Ryan had everything organised, demolition of the old garage, asbestos removal, electricians, drainage and concrete work all sorted.
Timely build and on budget.
Fully recommend for your building work.
