Hello all. I hope everyone is having a great day. I need to make an announcement. Effective immediately, I am temporarily closing up my shop. I will be back on to update everyone when I am back up and running. Thank you to all of our wonderful friends and to my amazing clients whom I’ve had the pleasure of serving this past year. I am so grateful for the opportunities and hope to continue providing quality service in the near future.

We’ve had a few things going on in the shop lately. The boys and I started the finish work on our co****le boards but no running water the last couple of days has slowed that down. Makes it hard to clean up rollers, brushes and paint trays. We are getting a couple of other small projects finished up too. A really cool driftwood clock. I’m really happy with how that one turned out. We also have one more seashell chime nearing completion. Lennox and I will be picking out shells for it and tying them on today. 😁

I just finished up these two beautiful tables for a client. Corotu table tops and Espavé bases, with Walnut stain. My first attempt at an X-brace style table base and I am extremely proud of the results. 😁

I had a visitor drop in to the shop this morning while staining a table top and enjoying my coffee. 😊

Second table assembly in the clamps yesterday and sanding almost finished. The first table is on the bench ready for stain. 😊

Another market day in Pedasí at Cou Cou Crazy! It’s a beautiful, sunny morning. Come out and say hi. I am getting I to building outdoor games these days. Lennox is here with me for all your bookmark needs and doing his fundraising for Taekwondo. Happy Friday everyone. 😀

Another Co****le set and a custom book matched Gmelina surfboard completed today! Surfboard is a customer order. I want to let everyone know I will be at the Christmas Market Fest in Buena Ventura on November 29. This coming Saturday. The Co****le set will be there and is available for sale, as well as some of my other custom pieces. Come out on Saturday to see all the great vendors from 11:00 to 5:00 at the Buena Ventura Hotel.

Working long hours outside the home back in Canada, I was not able to do much woodworking for a long time. Now that I am working from home every day, ACW has become Santa’s workshop for a little bit. I am currently building my boys their own Co****le game. They’ve been wanting one for a while now. I’m even going to leave it unfinished and after Christmas I will have them come up with a design and colour scheme and we will paint them together. 🙂. I am crafting a few other gifts this year too. It is so much more rewarding to give hand made, more heartfelt gifts.

Azuero Custom Woodworks is excited to announce we will be attending the Coronado Thursday Marketplace this coming Thursday, November 20. The market runs from 9:00 to 1:00. I will have several pieces on display for sale and am able to take custom orders. Come on out, say hello and check out all the other great vendors that will be there as well!
