En este carrusel, contrastamos el antes y el después para mostrar cómo la visión detrás del diseño paisajístico transforma espacios grises en un refugio tropical. El equilibrio entre arquitectura y vegetación nos permite resaltar la elegancia del entorno natural.

Every project tells a story, and Casa RG began as a blank canvas. In this carousel, we contrast the before and after to showcase how the vision behind landscape design transforms gray spaces into a tropical haven. The balance between architecture and vegetation allows us to highlight the elegance of the natural surroundings.

Cada proyecto comienza con una visión: la de integrar la naturaleza al diseño arquitectónico, respetando y potenciando su entorno. En Casa CR, el punto de partida fue su ubicación. Estudiamos el terreno, sus cualidades y desafíos, para concebir un diseño paisajístico que dialogara con la arquitectura y realzara su escala. Este proceso, dio lugar a un espacio que respira equilibrio y sofisticación.

Every project begins with a vision: to integrate nature into architectural design while respecting and enhancing its surroundings. At Casa CR, the starting point was its location. We studied the terrain, its qualities, and challenges to conceive a landscape design that harmonizes with the architecture and elevates its scale. This process resulted in a space that exudes balance and sophistication.

La belleza del diseño está en los detalles. En la residencia, la plantación de las palmas no solo aportó monumentalidad al paisaje, sino que también fue un momento clave en la ejecución del proyecto. Cada ejemplar fue cuidadosamente seleccionado y ubicado para crear una armonía visual y funcional, enmarcando vistas únicas y complementando la arquitectura.

The greatness of design lies in the details. In this residence, the planting of palms not only brought monumental grandeur to the landscape but also marked a pivotal moment in the project’s ex*****on. Each specimen was carefully selected and positioned to create visual and functional harmony, framing unique views and complementing the architecture.

Comenzamos una nueva etapa en The Palms con nuestra visita de evaluación. Para nosotros, este momento es clave. Es cuando nos conectamos de manera profunda con el proyecto, escuchamos las necesidades del cliente y visualizamos cómo podemos mejorar su espacio de forma única. Cada rincón tiene una historia que merece ser contada, y estamos acá para darle vida a esa historia con nuestra pasión por el diseño paisajístico.

En Costavía, el diseño no solo responde a la estética, sino que se adapta a los microclimas únicos de cada altura del edificio. Cada piso cuenta con una selección exclusiva de especies vegetales, cuidadosamente elegidas según las condiciones específicas de luz y clima. A través de un análisis detallado, planificamos las áreas verdes para que la biodiversidad se integre de forma armoniosa con la arquitectura, creando ecotonos naturales donde diferentes ecosistemas se encuentran y coexisten, logrando una transición fluida y respetuosa entre la ciudad y su entorno natural.

At Costavía, the design not only embraces aesthetics but also adapts to the unique microclimates at each height of the building. Each floor features a carefully curated selection of plant species, chosen based on the specific light and climate conditions. Through detailed analysis, we planned the green areas to ensure that biodiversity harmoniously integrates with the architecture, creating natural ecotones where different ecosystems meet and coexist, achieving a seamless and respectful transition between the city and its natural surroundings.

Reconectando la ciudad con su entorno natural.
Costavía nace de la necesidad de integrar Rosario con la biodiversidad del río Paraná. Junto a .arquitectura, comenzamos nuestro proceso de diseño con una profunda investigación ecosistémica, estudiando la fauna y flora que dan vida a los humedales del Paraná. Este análisis no solo guió nuestras decisiones, sino que se convirtió en el corazón de un proyecto que busca restaurar la conexión entre la ciudad y las islas. 🌿🌎

Compartimos parte del trabajo detrás de la investigación ecosistémica, destacando cómo las especies migratorias y la rica biodiversidad influyeron en cada detalle. Costavía no es solo una construcción; es una propuesta para repensar el equilibrio entre lo urbano y lo natural.

Reconnecting the city with its natural surroundings.
Costavía was born from the need to integrate Rosario with the biodiversity of the Paraná River. Together with Obring, we began our design process with a deep ecosystemic investigation, studying the flora and fauna that bring life to the Paraná wetlands. This analysis not only guided our decisions but became the heart of a project aimed at restoring the connection between the city and the islands. 🌿🌎

We share part of the work behind the ecosystemic research, highlighting how migratory species and rich biodiversity influenced every detail. Costavía is not just a construction; it’s a proposal to rethink the balance between urban and natural environments.

Desde la selección de especies hasta la creación de áreas verdes que integran el interior y exterior de la residencia, cada paso ha sido clave para transformar este espacio en un oasis natural. Creando un entorno que conecta lo natural con lo habitable, haciendo de esta residencia un refugio único lleno de vida y armonía.
