With immense joy and pride, we would like to share with all of you the result of months of hard work and dedication: the
Thesis pJonnathan Mazaour Founding CEO, Jonnathan , entitled *Mixed Use Business Center*. This project has been a transformative journey, full of challenges, discoveries and incredible growth in the field of miJonnathan Mazaildings.
✨ In this thesis, has had the opportunity to explore different forms of healthy densification, addressing different perspectives for the district of San Isidro in Lima, Peru. Through methodologies based on the use of spatial gradients: public + collective + private spaces, it has managed to discover the interaction between them and offer new perspectives in this type of buildings.
