Replaced the old battery bank for this solar system setup with new LiFePO4 24V 32kWh battery bank. Has the capacity to last for up to 3 days without full sunlight.

We did a planned inspection on the 25kVA Diesel Standby Generator for a client. The things we did:

✔️ Engine Oil Checks
✔️ Fuel (Diesel) Level Check
✔️ Check for Oil and Fuel leaks
✔️ Check Coolant Level
✔️ Check Engine Compartment
✔️ Check Battery terminals and Voltage
✔️ Wiring and Sensors checks
✔️ Run engine

This a 3 monthly inspection, other Planned Maintenance (PM) will be as follows:

✔️ 3 Monthly Gen Inspection & Service
✔️ 1 Yearly Gen Service
✔️ 1 Weekly Visual Checks

3 phase Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) with phase fail detection. Designed, simulated and approved for installation.

Please let us know if you like us to design one for you based on your specification. Or if you are using manual changeover switch this will be the best replacement.

We can do single phase as well.
