In this post, We would like to advise all on the completion of a typical Hausman double storey plan built for one of our long time friend and customer, Mr S**e Minziong of Falcon Street, Lae. The house boasts 418 sqm's of 4 bedrooms upstairs and 4 bedrooms downstairs with both Master bedrooms ensuite. Large designer kitchen and spacious bedrooms, dining room, family room and living rooms.

Just for everyones interest, this house was constructed at a cost of approximately K655,000.00 and may be valued at the current market value based on location - K1.8 million to K2.0 million.

Greetings to all our Friends on FB, Its business as usual at Hausman but has gone a bit quiet due to the National Elections. Disappointing to note that the Ombudsman Commission has decided to close down all District accounts from trading on the eve of Elections which has caused some drama causing delays to ongoing / progressive construction of various infrastructure projects. Shows that the recent upgrading and rehabilitation of the Finance management systems by the Government was a waste of time and money.

Anyhow, who are we to say.....life goes on.

We have recently completed two new staff houses for the Dept of Finance Housing scheme at Tokarara NCD. These are the Model HM130 Hiset 3 Bedroom Master Ensuit Homes with walk-in-wardrobes, large designer kitchen, living and family rooms, dining room and front/rear verandahs and master bedroom balcony. Storeroom, enclosed Laundry and full concrete floor under the house.

Hi and hope all our FB friends and family are well, first and foremost we sincerely apologise for the short absence, however we thank all who are liking the existing page and those that we have answered are satisfied with our responses to your enquiries.
This month we wish to continue promoting the Durand Farm Housing Project as it is open to all qualified PNG Citizens. The first stage of 63 allotments have been sold out and waiting on the second stage of 110 allotments undergoing title process with the Lands Department. All stake holders involved with the servicing of basic public utilities and the regulatory institutions are now working closely through a working committee to fast track installation to enable financing and construction of various houses under Hausman to commence. We leave for your interest the completion of our display homes at Durand Farm. You may want to visit and familiarize yourselves in the near future. The 3 bedroom Haus Markham and the 4 Bedroom (master Ensuite) Haus Durand. We will also commence the construction of Haus Sepik next week.

It's been a while since we updated the page. Our recent Projects are well under way to completion and currently respective Authorities are cutting ribbons. Hausman announces the completion of stage 1 Mulitaka High School Project in the Enga Province. We congratulate our sub-contractor - HAOM Builders for achieving this stage of the Project. We will now move on to stages 2 & 3.

Stage 1 - 1 x Double Storey 4 in 1 Classrooms and 2 Ablution Blocks.

Stage 2 - 1 x 3 bedroom Duplex House and 1 x 3 bedroom stand-alone staff house

Stage 3 - 1 x Science Laboratory, Home Economics, Expressive Arts and 1 x Practical Skills Building.
