We are seeking a suitable candidate in the role of "Marketing and Communications Officer". The applicant should have prior experience in a suitable role and be well equipped to effectively deliver in this position.
Essential Skills:
** A High level knowledge and demonstrated ability to create content across all marketing and communication platforms, along with experience in liaising with a range of stakeholders and audiences.
** The ability to assist in the development, implementation and management of communication strategies, including, but not limited to, marketing, branding and internal/external communications, to a high standard that would support our strategic and operational direction and objectives.
** Well-developed professional writing skills and the ability to correctly use grammar, punctuation and spelling to enable consistent and professional delivery of message and content.
** An ability to research, write, edit, proofread, and demonstrate presentation skills, across a range of communication tools for varied projects and audiences.
** The ability to work with a high level of independence, and demonstrate proficiency in prioritization of tasks, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing demands.
** A high degree of personal integrity and the ability to be tactful when dealing with matters of a sensitive nature, and demonstrate behavior aligned with the Company values.
** Well-developed computer literacy skills, including experience or ability to rapidly acquire skills where required.
** The ability to contribute to team direction, give and receive feedback and achieve agreed performance standards in order to contribute to a culture of performance excellence.
