This design showcases the building's south-facing exterior facade, incorporating 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 and 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐬𝐮𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 to achieve 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠.

What's interesting about the Mangrove Duplex is that it aims to be unique among other Build and Sell projects in the area, attracting potential buyers and would comfort any future tenants.
