May ilan sa kanila na unang nag-message sa amin na may pag-aalinlangan.

"Legit ba talaga 'to?"
"Baka sayang lang ang pera."
"Wala naman akong experience sa air conditioning."

At naiintindihan namin iyon.

Hindi sila technician. Hindi sila eksperto. Karamihan sa kanila ay nagsimula lang sa isang simpleng desisyon—ang subukan.

Sa bawat araw ng training, natuto sila. Nagkamali sila. Nagsanay sila. At unti-unti, nabuo ang kumpiyansa nilang kaya pala.

Ngayon, hindi lang sila trainees. Sila na ang mga DOMRAC NC II passers.
