SWIMMING COMPETITION GUIDELINES
In Connection with the Celebration of the Atimonan Town Fiesta
Date of Competition: August 1, 2026
Time: 8:00 A.M. โ 11:30 A.M.
1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to all Atimonanin.
- Participants must be physically fit and capable of swimming the designated distance.
2. Submission of Entries
- Accomplished Entry Forms must be submitted on or before July 31, 2026, 5:00 p.m.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Registration
- All participants must complete and sign the official Entry Form.
- Participants below 18 years old must secure the signature of a parent or legal guardian on the entry form.
- Only 10 qualified participants shall compete in this event.
4. Health and Safety
- Participants must be in good physical condition on the day of the competition.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who is found medically unfit to compete.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions given by the organizers and the Philippine Coast Guard personnel.
5. Competition Rules
- Contestants must report to the registration area at least 30 minutes before the start of the event.
- The official rules and race categories will be explained during the pre-race briefing.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, or failure to follow the rules may result in disqualification.
6. Organizer's Decision
-The decision of the Board of Judges and the Organizing Committee shall be final and irrevocable.
