The LTO Bacolod City District Office would like to inform the public that we are currently experiencing limited supply of Certificate of Registration security paper.

As a result, the printing and release of CRs may be delayed until sufficient supplies become available.

We sincerely ask for the public’s patience and understanding as we work to facilitate the processing and release of documents as soon as possible.

We will provide further updates once normal CR printing operations resume.
