SINO BA DAPAT MASUNOD , SI ARCHITECT O SI ENGINEER.

Kung nagpapagawa ka ng bahay/low structures at naghire ka ng architect para mag design ng kabuuan (architectural design) and engineering designs for the engineers , dapat lang na masunod yung kung ano ang nasa design ni architect/engineer that is what you pay for the design services including proper space planning , use of best materials, proper methodologies in consideration sa strenght,beauty and utility and also consideration sa sun orientation, wind flow and existing sa site (site analysis) for the best value of you money since you hire professional/s.

If naghire ka naman ng Engineer as the contractor ,dapat pa din masunod yung design kasi ito yung binayadan mo sa contractor para gawin. Include dito yung pagtrack ng accomplishemt sa site (PERT CPM) , pagsunod sa methodologies , pagsunod sa archi and engineering drawings and pag insure sa quality ng trabaho.

If incase ,naghire ka ng project management team to supervise , manage yung project,track billing and accomplishment ,they are the link between the owner, architect and contractor, pagdating sa implementation ng design at sa progress ng project.

Mas maganda na walang connection si Project management ,architect at Engineer para walang conflict of interest.

If incase namn na kumuha ka ng interior designer ,sya ang magdedesign ng lahat ng nakapaloob sa bahay, in connection with the architect para maachieve both ang design ng bahay.

If incase naman si Architect ay Design+Build ,he is both responsible for the implementation of the design & over all project management .

If incase naman ay si engr ay contractor , hindi sya pwede direct na mag offer ng design services (well depende sa design archi, struct. ,mepfs , interior, landscape ,etc.) , need nya ng partner na architect (refering sa architectural design) sa isang corporation which is both responsible sa design and management ng project.

If incase naman si architect ay design and management lang , he is responsible sa implementation/coordination ng overall design including struct ,mepfs, interior etc. , implementation and project management with the contractor. If may tradecons, thats other story,kasi si architect din mag approved ng mga method of statements , sagot sa RFA/RFI and approval ng materials based on specifications.

If incase naman si Engr ang project management ,he is also responsible for the implementation and project management with the contractor. Third party sya ni owner together witht he consultant or yung Architect of Record.

Sa third party like consultants ,pwede maghire si Owner ng Interior Design , Landscape Architect , Facade Architect ,Structural and MEFPS. Bukod lagi ang consultants ,project management & contractor,subcontractor & tradecons ,iwas conflict .

Sagot sa tanung ,sino dapat masunod ? Depende sa scope of work/services/role.
