From the first sketch to the final brick, this journey has been guided by a higher purpose. We are immensely grateful to the Almighty for the successful Blessing and Dedication of this new commercial building. It is a privilege to see this design stand as a testament to hard work and divine providence.
I want to extend my deepest appreciation to the Owner for the opportunity and the unwavering trust placed in my profession. Being entrusted with the vision for this landmark has been an incredible honor, and I am grateful for the partnership that allowed us to bring this project to fruition.
We were truly honored by the presence of our local leaders, led by Hon. Mayette Javellana commitment to our cityβs progress is inspiring. A special thank you also to Councilors Jorge Araneta, Joy Matti, Femmy Alvarez, Doc Nilo and Imee Precion for joining us and celebrating this milestone for our local business landscape.
Beyond the professional milestones, my heart is full of gratitude for my family (Araneta, Dormido and Duyo ) and friends. Your unwavering support, patience, and encouragement have been my foundation throughout the long nights and complex phases of this project. I truly could not have reached this day without you by my side.
Our sincere thanks to Pastor Gerry for a meaningful dedication ceremony, anchoring this new beginning in faith and prayer.
Bringing a vision of this scale to life requires a synergy of design and technical skill. I am incredibly proud of the collaboration with our construction partners, specifically the team headed by Engr. Flores. Their expertise and commitment to quality were essential in translating these architectural plans into a physical reality.
This building is more than just steel and concreteβitβs a space for future growth, community, and opportunity. To God be the glory!
