π¨ Bago Mag Start sa Painting Worksβ¦
Huwag Kalimutan ang mga sumusunod:
1οΈβ£ I-check muna lahat ng plastering works kung may mga hollow or βkapakβ na areas.
π Mag βhammer tappingβ or βsound checkingβ para malaman kung may hollow parts, at i-check din kung may visible cracks para mapaayos agad bago magpaint.
2οΈβ£ Siguraduhin na properly cured ang plaster.
βοΈ Recommended minimum: at least 7 days curing
βοΈ Better if longer depending on weather and wall condition
3οΈβ£ Make sure malinis ang walls bago mag-apply ng paint.
βοΈ Dapat matanggal ang dust, debris, at loose particles para mas kumapit ang pintura.

β Paint peeling
β Hairline cracks
β Hollow finish
β Moisture problems
β¦ay ang masyadong maagang pagpipintura o poor surface preparation.
β οΈ Hindi porket cured na, ready na agad pinturahan.
Kailangan din:
βοΈ Fully dry ang wall
βοΈ Minimal moisture content
βοΈ Tamang weather condition
