This 50sqm 1-bedroom condominium at The Seasons Residences, BGC is shaped by quiet intention — a Japandi-inspired balance of warmth, simplicity, and function.

Created for a Filipino couple based in the US, this space becomes more than a vacation home. It’s a place to return to. A place that slows things down.

Natural textures, soft neutrals, and thoughtful built-ins come together to support ease of movement, comfort, and everyday living — especially designed with aging in mind, without ever compromising elegance.
