Kickstart your engineering career with us! We're looking for a Cadet Engineer to join our Heavy Equipment Division, supporting the preventive and predictive maintenance of our plant equipment.

🔧 What you'll do:

Perform equipment calibration, repair, and maintenance
Assess and report maintenance issues to the PMS Engineer and HED Manager
Recommend action plans for repairs and parts procurement
Assist with equipment orientation and hands-on troubleshooting

🎓 Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering (Licensed ME is a plus!)
New grad or up to 1 year of relevant experience
Willing to work on-site in Baras and render overtime when needed

New grads are welcome to apply — this is a great hands-on entry point into industrial engineering.
