As an Architect and a Buidler, madalas naming marinig:

"Pwede bang huwag na muna mag-permit?"

Ang hindi madalas nakikita ng marami ay kung gaano kalaking proteksyon ang naibibigay ng tamang compliance.

At sa totoo lang...

Isa pa lang 'yan sa maraming importance ng Building Permit.

Few realize they're protection.

Protection from future disputes.
Protection from legal complications.
Protection from costly corrections.

at marami pang iba.
