โœ… Familiar with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and safety regulations
โœ… Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP, SolidWorks, or other engineering software is an advantage
โœ… Skilled in project-planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and material take-off
โœ… Strong understanding of quality control, inspection procedures, and construction methodologies
โœ… Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
