ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL TURNOVER! ❤️💙

This time, LGCI is proud to announce the successful completion of our project at Marilao Grand Villas, and we have in the post the proud owners of newly finished residential house! ✨

As part of this residential development, our team delivered comprehensive and modern structural design. From the first floor that is fully tiled with wooden accent, the second floor that is filled with built-in cabinets, up to bathrooms that are fully equipped with water heaters, water closets, and aethetic design. LGCI truly elevated and put maximum effort in creating this structure. 🔥

We are grateful to our client for their trust and to every member of the LGCI team whose dedication made this project a success. 🙏🏻

Work continues to move forward on our 4-storey dormitory building project. This week, our team is focused on the ongoing structural works, including the installation of reinforcing steel for the columns and the preparation for the next concrete pouring.

Every stage of the project is done with careful attention to quality, safety, and workmanship. As the building’s structural framework continues to take shape, we’re one step closer to bringing this project to life. 🙏🏻💪🏼

We’re almost at the finish line! 🏡✨

Marilao Grand Villas is now in its final stages, with the interior spaces nearly fully polished and the exterior façade coming together beautifully. Every detail is being carefully refined to ensure a quality finish that reflects LGCI’s commitment to excellence!

Additional wardrobes, cabinets, and accessories such as shower curtains, water heaters, and mirrors were installed.

As we approach project completion, our team remains focused on the final details that make a lasting difference, from surface finishes and architectural details to overall workmanship and quality assurance.

The transformation is almost complete, and we can’t wait to give you a closer look. 👀

Our team recently welcomed representatives from our client and key project stakeholders for an executive site inspection at our ongoing project which is Gateway 1 Guardhouse in Hartwood Village. The visit provided an opportunity to review the project’s current accomplishments, assess construction progress, discuss turnover preparations, and align on the remaining milestones toward completion! 👷🏻

The inspection also marked another significant milestone as our clients entrusted LGCI with the additional landscaping works for the project. These works will be delivered in collaboration with Soleil Garden Land Development & Landscaping Corp.! 🍃Further strengthening our commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality construction and landscape solutions. 🌲

These site inspections are essential in ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and craftsmanship before project handover!

Hartwood Village Clubhouse: Structural Progress Update from LGCI! 💪🏼🚧

Construction continues to move forward with the successful installation of 22 out of 42 footing reinforcement cages and column rebars in Hartwood Village, a project of Luansing-Geronimo Construction Inc.

The next phase involves the 4000 PSI footing concrete pouring, followed by a 28-day curing period to allow the concrete to achieve its target strength, ensuring long-term structural stability and durability. Each stage is carried out by LGCI with precision and in accordance with engineering specifications, keeping the project on track for the succeeding phases of construction! 😎👷🏻
