Monolithic na buhos

Column-Beam-slab🚧

Sabay sabay at tuloy tuloy

Yes may mga projects na kailangan talaga magterminate ng buhos katulad ng malls and bridges pero may tamang location ng termination at it may require proper construction anchors.

No to horizontal slab termination yun tipo ititira yun kalahati ng b**a para may kapitan ang buhos😅

For project this scale around 100 sqm slab monolithic is the way to go if possible.

Kaya pagputol putol ang buhos ng slab at beam. Alam na.🫠

Celebrations are more meaningful when shared with family.

This project is in honour of the owner’s mother, Concepcion, who they fondly called Conching or “Connie”.

May these houses bring abundant blessings to everyone who will live and call these their homes.

Thank you for the trust.
