Cracks in structures can be Architectural (cosmetic) or Structural (dangerous).
Ang susi: kilalanin kung alin.

📏 Severity Guide:
< 1 mm = Cosmetic
1–3 mm = Monitor
3–5 mm = Inspect agad
5 mm = Structural danger 🚨

REMINDER:
❌ Kung crack ay lumalaki, biglang lumitaw, nagpapasikip ng doors/windows, o nasa beams/columns → Structural na yan!
👷 Recommendation:
Kapag crack ay wider than 3mm o nasa structural elements → Call a professional engineer/architect.
