ZUIWIN ENTERPRISES AND CONTRACTOR is in need of the following:

SITE ENGINEER -5
- Civil Engineer, Professional License is an advantage.
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience in Land Development/Horizontal Project and must possess strong leadership qualities and be able to oversee both the site and its personnel.
- Must have an effective system and procedures for project management, planning, and ex*****on.
- Must be able to prepare the several construction documentations required for bids, permit applications, and the company's progress billing/subcontractor billing.
- Proficiency in estimating and As Built plans is required.
- Proficiency with Autocad, Microsoft Office, etc. Strict adherence to the project's allocated budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards is required.
- Must be a skilled communicator who is able to manage both clients and important project participants.
- Needs to anticipate possible problems that can develop during construction and act quickly to resolve them.
- Must be able to organize and lead frequent toolbox meetings for subcontractors and laborers to evaluate the state of the project. - - - Must be able to work proficiently under minimum supervision.
- Willing to assign at Laguna / Pampanga / Rizal / Cavite
