CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA | October 21, 2026 — Luntiang Dahon Construction Corp. (LDCC) was recognized as one of the Industry Partners of Dualtech Training Center Foundation, Inc. during the institution’s 44th Foundation Anniversary at the Excellence Center Canlubang (ECC) Building in Calamba City, Laguna.

✨ SPARK VIII: Leadership and Workplace Values Training

Our employees recently completed SPARK VIII – Leadership and Workplace Values Training, a 2-day seminar-workshop conducted by Dualtech Training Center Foundation, Inc. – Continuing Education Program (CEP). The program focuses on strengthening leadership capabilities, reinforcing positive workplace values, improving teamwork and collaboration, and developing the mindset needed to create a more productive and purpose-driven workplace.

This training was intentionally conducted for all employees of LDCC because leadership and workplace values are not the responsibility of managers and supervisors alone. Every individual has a role in shaping our culture, supporting colleagues, making responsible decisions, and upholding the standards that define our organization.
