Update sa Nuvali Avida Setting Project

Napag repaint natayo ng roof, and napinturahan nadin natin ang stainless gutter ng epoxy primer with brown color finish, and nag start nadin tayo mag construct sa dirty kitchen sa likod bahay.

➡️ Kakagawa lng pero after ilang years bulok na agad!

Maraming reason why we keep on experiencing those problems bka nmn may mali sa pagkakagawa or pagkakakabit kaya ganan...

Actually there are many reasons why madaling masira ang ating mga bubong at gutter:

1. During installation nagasgas ang yero at hindi napinturahan agad. Acid rain can damage our bubong that is why after installatikn dapat ma-retouch ang yero to protect it sa pagkabulok.

2. Ash Fall / other nature related problem
Madaling mabulok ang bubong ntin pag di agad nalinis ang bubong kahay dapat from time to time nalilinis nating ang ating mga bubong para hindi ito mabulok

3. Work related :
SYEMPRE kung hindi ayos ang gawa kahit kakapalit pa lng tutulo at tutulo yan kaya dapat we make sure na properly installed and sealed and bubong para iwas tulo. LEAK TEST is important pra maassure natin na wala tlagag tulo ag bubong pag bayuhan na

4. Unmaintain Roof: Regular maintenance of roof and gutter can prolonged the lifespan of our roof kaya its better na from time to time dapat nachecheck nating ang ating mga bubong to prevent malaking gastos in the future.

5. Choosing the right materials for a long term problem solution. Hindi porket mura sigurado k na minsan sa konting difference ng price it matters in the long run.
