As a non-stock, non-profit and service oriented Electric Cooperative, duly organized under existing Philippine laws, rules and regulations, we use social media to communicate and keep the general public abreast of the latest news and developments in our service area. We also take advantage of this medium to monitor both local and international issues affecting the electric powe

r industry. Feedback and concerns coming from the EC member-consumers-owners but please note that this is a moderated social networking site subject to management policies (patterned from NEA Social Media Policy. (ORMECO, INC.), therefore, reserves the right to hide and/or delete public comments it may deem inappropriate including but not limited to the following examples;
• Remarks laced with profanity or indecent elements;
• Solicitation of commerce and other off-topic comments;
• Comments that infringe on copyrighted or trademarked materials;
• Post that irresponsibly expose confidential or privileged information; and
• Contents that promote foster or inflict discrimination on the basis of race, age, political creed, religion, gender and physical or mental disability. While we respect everyone’s right to free expression, we do not tolerate hate speech or any form of troll-like behavior. We will not hesitate to ban anyone who will exhibit such from accessing our page. We classify trolls as those who have no serious online activities based on their profile pages and are hiding behind anonymous accounts to deliberately sow misinformation and/or disrupt social media conversations. The views and opinions expressed by our followers in the comments section do not reflect that of the agencies. Similarly, shared contents from web-based sources do not necessarily indicate as outright expression of support.
