🔧 Qualifications:

With experience as Backhoe Operator

Skilled in excavation, trenching, grading, and demolition works

With valid NC II (Heavy Equipment Operation – Backhoe)

Physically fit and can work under minimal supervision

Willing to be assigned to project sites

📌 Responsibilities:

Operate backhoe safely and efficiently

Perform daily equipment inspection before operation

Follow site safety rules and supervisor instructions

Assist in minor maintenance and cleaning of equipment
