Qualifications:
• `Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any business-related course
• Has good communication skills both written and oral
• At least 1 year work experience as purchasing officer

📣HR
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any business-related course
• Computer literate and MS Office proficient
• With good written and oral communication skills
• Preferably with experience in handling people

📣DRIVER
• At least high school graduate
• With Professional Driver’s License (A, A1, B1, B2, C)
• Able to safely operate 4 wheels

📣FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVER
• Male/female
• Newly graduates are welcome
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills

• With pleasing personality and strong work moral principles

📣COOK
• At least with 1 year of work experience (if possible, with hotel experience)

📣FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE
• At least Graduate in HRM, Tourism or any related courses
• At least 3 to 6 months of working experience in a hotel
• Have a background about cashiering as well
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Pleasing personality and excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages growth and collaboration
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

📣ROOM ATTENDANT
• Male/Female
• Graduate in HRM, Tourism or any related courses
• At least 3 to 6 months of working experience in a hotel
• Willing to undergo familiarization of hotel standard
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

RECIDENCIA DEL HAMOR FULL VIEW IS LOOKING FOR GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in managing the company’s guest relations programs and takes a proactive role in the
delivery of quality guest experience
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
• Assist in preparing welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
• Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
• Record information and update the logbook daily
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
• Female
• With pleasing appearance and personality
• Candidates between the ages of 20 and 28 preferred
• At least 5'6 in height
• Experience in guest relations in leisure/ travel/ tourism/ hotel/ hospitality industry/ retail is
preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Skills in conflict resolution in a professional manner, including presentation skills; cash handling;
ability to handle confidential information
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English, knowledge of
additional languages is a plus; strong telephone etiquette
• Computer literacy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Communications or Marketing
is preferred
