Position: Architect
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Licensed Architect to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Site projects (Manila and nearby areas)
• Assist in various engineering projects and tasks
• Conduct research and analysis
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Quantity takeoff and costing
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (Architecture)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and MS Office software
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
