Looking for a skilled Draftsman (MEPF) with strong Revit proficiency and solid AutoCAD knowledge to join our team! You'll be producing accurate, coordinated MEPF drawings and models for our project documentation.
🔧 What You'll Do:
✅ Create and update detailed MEPF drawings & 3D models in Revit
✅ Produce 2D detailing and documentation in AutoCAD
✅ Develop coordinated plans, sections, elevations & isometric details (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection)
✅ Ensure clash-free coordination with architectural/structural elements
✅ Prepare shop drawings, fabrication details, and as-built documentation
✅ Maintain drawing standards, layering, and CAD/BIM templates
✅ Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and site teams
✅ Revise drawings based on RFIs and site feedback
✅ Support quantity take-offs and material schedules
📋 What We're Looking For:
▪️ Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP modules preferred)
▪️ Strong AutoCAD skills (2D drafting essential)
▪️ Hands-on MEPF detailing experience
▪️ Able to read architectural, structural & engineering drawings
▪️ Solid understanding of MEPF systems, symbols & standards
▪️ Detail-oriented with clean, construction-ready output
▪️ Good communication & teamwork skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
▪️ Experience with Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools
▪️ Knowledge of local/international codes & standards
▪️ Background in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects
▪️ Revit family creation & parametric modeling experience
