How often should buildings be painted?
Answer:
The general rule to repaint is after 5 years in order for a building to look well and maintained, but for tropical countries like Philippines it maybe shorter than that.
Repainting is truly suggested for buildings that experience direct sunlight and for those that are painted in colors that are known to fade faster than others.
