Bringing the vibe with our true colours 🌈

Pride Month came together through moments of connection, self-expression and shared experiences across the VBP community.

On June 19, team members gathered for an engaging session on HIV awareness led by PO3 Marvin B. Melecio, RMT — an Aidvocates member and dedicated volunteer. The session was followed by vibrant drag performances that brought energy and creativity to the celebration. The event was also attended virtually by team members from JEG, CDO and our hybrid teams, making it a shared experience across locations.

Throughout the month, our team also took part in a simple photo initiative, sharing snapshots of how they show up as their authentic selves in the workplace.

Together, these moments reflect the kind of culture we continue to build, one where people feel seen, supported and free to be who they are every day.

Our Job Fair at the JEG office on May 16, 2026 brought together driven individuals ready to take the next step in their careers, with candidates going through assessments and interviews throughout the day.

Making it matter in CDO.

Our Cagayan de Oro team spent the week coming together in the office for connection, learning and shared moments that brought the VBP community closer.

From open conversations with leaders to sessions from our Learning Caravan, the week was a reminder that growth happens when we learn together and stay aligned.

We also saw teams come together during the Interest Group (IG) Fiesta, sharing their passions and bringing the VBP vibe beyond day-to-day work.
