We will work with your ideas and develop a plan with you that will suit your style and fit your budget. Budget estimate, perspectives, layout and house design will be presented for your approval. You can choose from our selection of the latest modern house designs, Asian style, Modern Zen design, Mediterranean style, Minimalist design, Italian or American house designs. You may also opt to acquire the services of our in-house Interior Designer or we can work with the Interior Designer or house design of your choice.
PAG IBIG /BANK required Housing Loan Requirements
We will assist and prepare the documents needed for your house construction loan or PAG IBIG financed house construction such as complete set of building plans, bill of materials/ specification/ cost estimates and building permit.
Building Permit and Documentation
We take out all the hassle from you and prepare all necessary documents, blue prints, plans and details for house construction purposes to secure government required building permit all signed and sealed by Professional Engineers and Architects.
Construction
We will be responsible for processing building permit needed in the Construction phase. We will source out all materials and supply labor and tools in the actual house construction phase. Our team of experienced Engineers, Architects and top %u2013 notch Interior Designers will work hard to satisfy every specific criteria you have %u2013 with the highest standard of quality and exceptional customer service. A Project Manager / Engineer will be on site regularly to ensure we deliver your dream home on time and on budget.
Post Construction Service/Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our work, we want you to be satisfied and we delight in delivering beyond your expectations. Sam Galan Construction guarantees the work against all defects in workmanship and quality of materials supplied. All defects made known to Sam Galan Construction within six (6) months counted from the acceptance of the work by the Owner shall be immediately repaired or replaced by Sam Galan Construction. Our project also comes with warranty of 15 years for any structural defects and strict adherence to building code and safety.
